Business Development Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join Create Mind Studio at our Prayagraj location in Uttar Pradesh. This role involves driving sales growth by engaging with customers, generating leads, and managing client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers to understand and address their needs.
• Promote and sell products or services to increase revenue.
• Identify and generate new prospective customers to expand the client base.
• Perform cold calling to initiate contact with potential customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Persuasively convince customers regarding the value of products or services offered.
• Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
• Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to organize and update customer and lead information.
• Utilize Excel to track sales performance and customer data accurately.
• Create and deliver engaging presentations to showcase products and services effectively.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives consistently.
• Manage time efficiently by coordinating calls, meetings, and follow-ups effectively.
• Analyze and resolve customer issues by providing appropriate solutions.
• Stay informed about customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends to maintain market awareness.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging from 25,000 to 40,000 INR.
