Business Development Executive

About the Role

A well-established chemical distribution company based in Dubai is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join their team. This position involves driving company growth by expanding the customer base and managing ongoing client relationships.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline aimed at expanding the product portfolio and attracting new clients.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with both existing and potential customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and surpass sales targets.
• Compile and update regular sales reports and business development documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding technical specifications, product details, and procurement activities.
• Offer technical assistance to customers by responding to inquiries, resolving product-related concerns, and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Conduct detailed market research to uncover new opportunities, understand customer needs, and monitor industry trends.

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is mandatory.
• Between 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience specifically in B2B chemical sales related to the food industry.
• A well-established professional network across the UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain.
• Possession of a valid UAE Driver’s License.
• Strong negotiation, sales forecasting, and selling abilities.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Availability for in-person interviews at the specified location.
