Business Development Executive

About the Role

MarketIQ is seeking motivated Business Development Executives to join their team in Bengaluru. This onsite full-time position focuses on assisting clients in exploring investment opportunities within the stock market and guiding them throughout the sales journey. Candidates should be prepared to engage with leads provided by the company to effectively convert prospects into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with assigned leads and discern their investment needs.
• Clearly describe the stock market investment services offered by MarketIQ to prospects.
• Professionally persuade and engage potential clients.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with interested leads.
• Achieve lead-to-sale conversions consistently.
• Maintain ongoing communication with potential clients to meet sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.
• Preference for candidates with at least 1 year of experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Hindi, Tamil, or Malayalam languages is required.
• Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Ability to handle customers professionally with a target-driven mindset.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range from ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 per month.
• Attractive incentives up to ₹30,000 based on sales conversion performance.
• Office-based role with leads provided to facilitate sales efforts.
