Business Development Executive (BDE)

Overview

Rao Edusolutions Private Limited is seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) to spearhead lead generation and client conversion efforts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and achieving set sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate fresh business leads through methods such as cold calling, networking, and onsite visits.
• Deliver engaging presentations outlining products and services to potential clients.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions or sales through persistent follow-up.
• Maintain accurate daily documentation on lead activity, conversions, and follow-up efforts.
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients and counsellors to build trust and foster business.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets established by management.

Additional Role Context: Business Development Manager (BDM)

• Oversee sales and growth strategy for a designated territory or vertical.
• Lead, coach, and monitor a team of Business Development Executives to meet revenue objectives.
• Identify emerging market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and new distribution channels.
• Hold revenue and profit & loss responsibility for assigned regions or sectors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Assess market trends and competitor activities to continuously improve strategies.
• Provide regular performance and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
