About the Role
Parida Red Lion India Private Limited, a growing machine manufacturing firm, seeks a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join their team. The role focuses on generating business-to-business sales leads, interacting with potential industrial clients, showcasing machinery products, and securing significant sales contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach target industrial clients, manufacturing plants, and dealers using methods such as cold calling, on-site visits, and online outreach.
- Comprehend clients' technical needs and recommend appropriate machinery solutions along with relevant product catalogs.
- Arrange and execute face-to-face client meetings, product demonstrations, and plant visits.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contract terms, and successfully close sales agreements.
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers to promote repeat orders, annual maintenance contracts, and machine parts supply.
- Collaborate with technical and production departments to ensure timely and smooth order fulfillment.
- Document daily sales operations, track leads, and manage follow-up activities utilizing CRM or Excel software.
Additional Information
Applicants must have at least one year of work experience. The fixed salary range for this position is between 18,000 and 25,000 INR per month.
