Role Summary

The position of Business Development Executive (BDE) involves cultivating durable corporate relationships within a designated area. This field role mandates onsite visits to potential clients to facilitate partnerships and promote consultancy services.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct office visits within the allocated zone to identify and generate new business prospects.
• Engage and establish connections with key decision-makers to forge collaborations with the consultancy.
• Articulate the benefits and services offered by Nexa Core HR to potential clients effectively.
• Meet specified monthly and quarterly business development goals.
• Document client engagements, leads, and successful deals meticulously.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure client onboarding proceeds efficiently.
• Submit detailed reports and updates concerning business development progress.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation in any field is mandatory, with preference for candidates holding an MBA or PGDM in Marketing or HR.
• Experience ranging from zero to one year in business development, sales, or HR consultancy is acceptable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities are essential.
• Self-motivated to work independently and capable of achieving targets.
• Availability for travel within the designated region as the role is field-based.
