Position Overview
Supro Info Solutions Private Limited is seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) for a full-time role based in Rajkot, Gujarat. The role involves managing and motivating a team to drive sales and expand market reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment efforts to onboard a capable team of advisors.
- Provide training and continuous motivation to the sales advisors.
- Direct and guide the team to efficiently market and sell the company products.
- Manage and supervise the sales team to maximize company sales through the advisors.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a graduation degree in any discipline with strong communication skills.
- Required minimum of 2 years work experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance sectors.
- Age must be between 23 and 34 years.
- Fresh graduates are not eligible to apply.
