Role Overview
We seek a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding Sales & Marketing group. This position focuses on generating early-stage sales pipeline through both inbound and outbound strategies. Collaborating with seasoned sales professionals, you will encounter diverse learning and mentoring experiences. Training will incorporate comprehensive sales and marketing onboarding alongside direct guidance from the Business Development Executive Manager, supported by our sales, marketing, and marketing operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure qualified booked meetings via outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion.
- Create targeted sales campaigns to expand Orgvue's market presence within specific niches.
- Nurture and qualify leads using outbound marketing efforts, existing contact databases, and supporting sales collateral.
- Partner with sales account executives to penetrate specific accounts and uncover new sales opportunities.
- Articulate Orgvue's value proposition clearly to various prospect levels, including senior executives.
- Evaluate prospects’ needs to align with Orgvue's offerings.
- Conduct research to gather contact details and account intelligence, enhancing sales and marketing strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation correlating with lead qualification standards.
- Represent Orgvue at industry trade shows to communicate value, learn from senior representatives, and collect prospect contacts.
- Consistently meet or exceed call, email, and contact benchmarks, ensuring CRM adherence and effective sales process execution.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales development, preferably engaging enterprise-level customers.
- Ability to confidently interact with audiences ranging from HR managers to C-suite executives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suites and Salesforce CRM.
- Work eligibility within Australia.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo platforms.
- Experience utilizing Account-Based Marketing tools.
- Prior sales exposure focused on HR audiences.
