Role Overview

The company is looking for a motivated and self-driven Business Development Executive to join their expanding team. The role requires understanding authors' needs and offering appropriate solutions. Candidates should demonstrate high energy, effective interpersonal communication, awareness of current trends, and a strong customer-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with authors through telephone and email communication.
• Serve as a liaison connecting the company and its authors effectively.
• Exhibit proficiency in negotiation processes.
• Continuously assess and improve personal performance to exceed set targets.
• Detect challenges within processes and devise strategies to resolve them.

Candidate Profile

• 0 to 3 years of experience, preferably with customer-facing roles.
• Enthusiasm for engaging with diverse individuals daily.
• Excellent command over English communication; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.
• Quick problem-solving ability accompanied by ambition and confidence.
• Highly self-motivated with a strong goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to function well in both team-oriented and independent work settings.
