Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team full-time at our Pitampura office in Delhi. This role involves expanding our clientele and increasing revenue generation. Workdays are Monday to Saturday, with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off. Working hours are from 10 am to 6 pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads for digital marketing and advertising services
• Effectively pitch and secure agreements with prospective clients
• Maintain and nurture strong client relationships while managing the sales pipeline
• Formulate and implement sales tactics to achieve targets
• Perform market analysis to stay informed on industry trends
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop tailored proposals

Candidate Profile

• Graduated in Marketing, holding a Bachelor’s degree
• 1 to 3 years of sales experience within digital products or services
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities
• Proficient in lead generation, cold calling, and outreach strategies
• Ability to work independently to meet sales goals
• Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous
