Job description
Company Overview
Established in 1977, AlFifa General Services is recognized for delivering comprehensive business support solutions across the Eastern Province, including VIP services, government and embassy assistance, certified translations, international driving license processing, and visa and travel facilitation.
Role Overview
As the pioneer Business Development Coordinator for our new B2B sales division, you will be instrumental in constructing and leading this department from its inception. This pivotal position requires direct engagement with senior leadership and a proactive approach to generating and securing new commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly engage in networking activities, including meetings, calls, and events, to establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers in corporate and government sectors throughout the Eastern Province.
- Proactively seek out and capitalize on fresh business opportunities daily while expanding existing client accounts.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial discussions through to contract signing—comprehending client needs, crafting tailored proposals, negotiating terms, and closing sales.
- Support and coordinate formal procurement procedures such as RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs when solicited by clients.
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to design offerings and pricing strategies; maintain and update CRM systems and sales pipeline records.
- Represent AlFifa at client meetings, industry gatherings, and networking events to enhance the company's market presence.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, ideally within services, corporate support, or government relations—though not mandatory.
- Confident and clear communicator in English, capable of establishing rapport and managing objections effectively; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to navigate extended, relationship-based sales cycles common in corporate and government procurement settings, demonstrating patience and persistence.
- Self-motivated individual with a proactive mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and adept at instituting structure.
- Excellent organizational capabilities with the skill to manage numerous leads and priorities simultaneously.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Khobar; possession of a valid driving license is required due to frequent client visits.
- Experience with CRM tools is beneficial but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly base salary ranging from SAR 9,000 to SAR 12,000, supplemented by commissions tied to performance in closing new business.
- Health insurance coverage.
- Access to a company vehicle for official engagements such as client meetings and site visits.
- Opportunity to contribute to and grow within a stable company with over 48 years of experience, currently embarking on a new expansion phase.
- A collaborative workspace located in a brand-new office in Khobar.
- A chance to build a B2B sales function from scratch and influence company-wide strategic decisions.
- Direct interaction and exposure to senior management.
