Business Development Associate

Overview

Diomas Group is seeking two Business Development Partners to help grow their training business, located in London/UK and the GCC region. This role is commission-based and ideal for individuals with an existing professional network who enjoy cultivating relationships and generating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage organizations that could benefit from Diomas Group's training programs and workshops.
• Present Diomas Group to prospective clients effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Sales, and Leadership.
• Generate qualified leads and business prospects.
• Support client relationships through to the successful closing of business opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous experience or active work in business development, sales, human resources, learning and development, consulting, recruitment, or training is favorable.
• Strong corporate network and the capability to open doors within organizations.
• Existing connections to decision-makers and organizations particularly in London/UK or GCC regions preferred.
• Self-motivated with a performance-driven attitude, as this is a commission-only position without a fixed salary.
