Role Overview and Responsibilities
Join our team dedicated to enabling professionals to land their ideal jobs through skill enhancement in next-generation domains. As a Business Development Associate, you will collaborate with a driven team to boost program enrollments. Responsibilities include:
- Consistently achieving or surpassing monthly sales targets.
- Identifying prospects' needs and recommending appropriate programs via outbound communications.
- Closing sales telephonically by effectively presenting the benefits of our offerings.
- Establishing and nurturing client relationships through ongoing communication and follow-ups.
- Keeping current with industry developments and newly launched products.
Required Qualifications and Competencies
- Minimum of 1 year experience in inside sales.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding specified sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Skilled in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales-related tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and capable of independent work.
- Preferred qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
