Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to brands, agencies, and businesses through channels such as email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
• Manage structured follow-ups until prospects make definitive decisions.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the company founder.
• Effectively communicate the company's services, including AI video production, social media management, branding, influencer marketing, outdoor advertising, and event management.
• Maintain an organized lead pipeline with detailed status updates and planned next actions.
• Collaborate with the creative team to prepare clear and concise presentations and proposals.
• Gain a thorough understanding of deliverables to ensure accuracy in every pitch.

Candidate Profile

• Between 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing outreach roles.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Hindi.
• Persistent and consistent in outreach efforts and follow-ups.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Demonstrates initiative and sound judgment within a small, founder-led team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in agency sales or lead generation.
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and outreach tools.
