  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for quickly building rapport and confidently engaging senior decision-makers.
  • Curiosity, intellectual agility, confidence, resilience, and a drive to achieve measurable outcomes, with readiness to learn from rejection and refine communication strategies.
  • Highly organized and disciplined in planning and executing both strategic and tactical prospecting activities consistently to meet predetermined activity goals.
  • Collaborative mindset with a sincere interest in sales, marketing, technology, or entrepreneurship, fostering close cooperation with Account Executives and Marketing colleagues.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot, sales engagement platforms including Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Post-secondary education (university or college degree) is favored but not mandatory.
  • Previous work experience within B2B technology companies or similarly dynamic, high-performance settings is considered advantageous.
