Job description
About the Company
Loneranger India is an expanding brand specializing in motorcycle riding gear and apparel, equipped with its own manufacturing plant located in Noida.
Role Overview
We seek a proactive, motivated, and hands-on Business Development and Factory Operations Manager who will be accountable for both expanding B2B sales channels and overseeing production activities. This role is dynamic and involves both field and factory engagement; it is not restricted to desk work or pure sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand and nurture the B2B dealer network across India.
- Identify and develop new dealers and markets while reactivating dormant clients.
- Vigorously track leads, manage orders, and ensure timely payments.
- Discover new B2B, institutional, and private-label business opportunities.
- Manage daily production operations at the Noida factory, including workforce planning and productivity oversight.
- Monitor output against production goals and promptly address operational challenges.
- Enhance productivity, enforce discipline, and strengthen accountability within the production team.
- Minimize downtime and avoid unnecessary overtime.
- Guarantee on-time completion and dispatch of orders.
- Source and evaluate external garment manufacturing units to supplement in-house capacity when needed.
- Negotiate competitive job-work rates and supervise outsourced production to meet quality standards and deadlines.
Candidate Profile
We want a self-driven problem solver who is action-oriented rather than just overseeing or generating reports. The candidate should be industrious, commercially astute, persistent in following up, and ambitious for growth.
Comfort with interacting directly with dealers, managing factory floor operations, and visiting external vendors is essential.
Previous experience in garments/apparel, bags, luggage, footwear, automotive or motorcycle accessories, or other manufacturing industries is advantageous.
This position offers significant responsibilities, performance-based incentives, and the potential to advance into senior leadership as the company grows.
