Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially-oriented Business Controller to collaborate with Star Hospitality leadership and support revenue growth, pricing strategies, category performance, and profitability enhancement.
Reporting to the Business Control Manager - Star Hospitality, your expertise will convert data into actionable insights promoting informed commercial decisions and sustainable business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine revenue streams, margins, pricing strategies, and category outcomes to detect potential opportunities and risks.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
- Work closely with operational and marketing departments to encourage data-driven commercial decisions.
- Create business cases, develop reporting dashboards, and initiate growth projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in commercial finance, pricing, revenue management, FMCG, or hospitality finance.
- Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, financial modeling proficiency, and business partnering skills.
- Experienced with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SAP, or equivalent reporting tools.
