About the Role
Settle is seeking a Business Architect/Associate to take a pivotal leadership role at its Dubai studio. This unique position blends architectural expertise with business leadership, requiring direct collaboration with the Founder to oversee studio operations. The role involves coordinating Architecture, Interior Design, and Landscape teams, supervising senior staff, managing major client accounts, and driving project delivery with a focus on quality, financial performance including scope, fees, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all operational aspects of the Dubai studio across multiple disciplines.
- Guide senior teams to maintain high design standards and project execution.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Oversee project scope, fee structuring, variations, and overall profitability.
- Make decisive interventions to anticipate and solve problems early.
Qualifications & Experience
- Professional architectural background is essential.
- Experience at Senior Associate, Associate Director, Design Director, Studio Director, Partner, or as a Senior Architect within a strong architectural firm.
- Deep understanding of design, project delivery, people management, and business dynamics.
