Business Analyst - Treasury Domain

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in the Treasury domain to join a Scrum team working on Treasury and Markets projects and enhancements. The role involves actively facilitating requirements workshops with diverse stakeholders, including Front Office, Support Units, UX/UI Designers, and Technology teams to capture and confirm business needs clearly.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a vital link between the business users and technical teams ensuring clear communication and understanding.
• Lead resolution of issues during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and sprints, maintaining comprehensive requirement traceability.
• Analyze and define interface structures between applications using communication protocols such as REST APIs and KAFKA.
• Leverage deep business and technical knowledge to deliver well-structured solutions with support from subject matter experts in Treasury and Operations (T&O).
• Collaborate effectively as a team member with strong interpersonal skills to respond promptly to challenges, offering sound, practical solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification preferably in Business, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with substantial subject matter expertise in business and technical domains.
• Proven ability to independently manage and execute projects from start to finish.
• Experience working with Wealth management users is considered a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to operate independently, adapt to shifting priorities, and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Working knowledge of tools like Jira and Confluence will be advantageous.
