Business Analyst - Sales Coverage in Banking

About the Role

Nair Systems LLC is seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Sales Coverage and Coverage Model for its Doha, Qatar operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and business analysis to support strategic transformation and operating model initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in disciplines such as Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or related fields.
• At least seven years of relevant expertise in banking, business analysis, strategy, transformation, coverage, or operating model projects, preferably gained within prominent regional or international financial institutions.
• Proven experience in gathering business requirements, mapping processes, designing operating models, and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Familiarity with Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, Transaction Banking, or Coverage environments is preferred.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma are considered beneficial.

• Comprehensive understanding of banking products, coverage models, client management frameworks, and wholesale banking data architecture and flow.
• Proficiency in relevant tools including Planview, JIRA, Visio, Figma, Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualization/reporting platforms.
