Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst based in Singapore to join our team. This full-time position will focus on business improvement, interpreting requirements, reporting, and supporting cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze detailed business requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Identify operational challenges, gaps in processes, and areas for enhancement.
• Convert business needs into precise functional specifications and maintain thorough documentation.
• Analyze key performance indicators, operational data, and trends to generate insights.
• Create process flow maps, diagrams, comprehensive reports, and deliver presentations.
• Work collaboratively with teams across Product, IT, Finance, Sales, and Operations departments.
• Support initiatives aimed at business transformation and process optimization.
• Assist project planning, testing phases, implementation, and user acceptance procedures.
• Track project timelines, requirements, risks, and deliverables carefully.
• Prepare business cases and provide recommendations backed by rigorous analysis.
• Conduct market and competitor research as necessary.
• Ensure accurate upkeep of project documentation and requirements archives.
• Effectively communicate findings and proposals to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Prior experience in business analysis, operations, consulting, project coordination, or related roles is beneficial.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Solid understanding of business workflows and expertise in collecting requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, or similar data and project management tools is advantageous.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management competencies with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
