Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with banking clients to collect and document detailed business requirements, including creating Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs), user stories, mockups, and workflow diagrams.
• Analyze and map business processes to identify gaps within retail and corporate banking frameworks.
• Take ownership of requirements akin to a Product Owner by managing prioritization, backlog grooming, and sprint collaboration with engineering teams.
• Leverage domain expertise in payments, digital onboarding, CASA, loans, cards, deposits, and digital wallets to inform solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring approvals, facilitating development and QA walkthroughs, and overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Candidate Profile

• Possess at least seven years of experience as a Business Analyst within banking or fintech sectors, focusing on retail and corporate banking.
• Demonstrated hands-on involvement with payments and digital onboarding initiatives.
• Practical knowledge of API-based integration methods such as REST and SOAP, without the need for programming.
• Experience utilizing AI-driven tools to support business analysis tasks including documentation, validation, mockup creation, and diagramming.
• Exposure to core banking platforms like Flexcube and T24 is advantageous.
• Previous experience in product ownership roles is highly valued.
• Preparedness to travel to regions including the Middle East and Saudi Arabia when required.
