Business Analyst

Position Overview

We are looking for a bilingual Business Analyst to join our AI Agent platform delivery team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves acting as a critical intermediary between government stakeholders and the technical development team. You will be responsible for converting business needs into effective product designs and overseeing the entire project lifecycle from requirement gathering to system validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage actively with government stakeholders, facilitating trust-building and expectation management through workshops, interviews, and requirements collection in both Arabic and English.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, user journeys, personas, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional designs, including data models, API specifications, and integration points, while producing high-level solution designs compatible with the AI Agent platform.
• Perform business data and workflow analysis to guide solution design and informed decision-making.
• Create and present interactive demos and prototypes to stakeholders for review and approval.
• Collaborate closely with the development team during the build phase to ensure delivered functionality aligns with business requirements and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Demonstrable experience working on projects within the government sector.
• Proficiency with AI-related technologies, including large language model assistants, AI Agent platforms, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing the full cycle from requirement elicitation through delivery.
• Desirable: background in business analysis, product design, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and concepts such as Arabic-first user interface design and localization.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams both on-site and remotely.
