Role Overview

Spait Infotech is looking for a dedicated Business Analyst to join their team in Ireland. The role demands thorough gathering and documenting of business requirements, ensuring clear communication between clients and internal teams, and analyzing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and record detailed business requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Examine existing business processes to discover areas for enhancement.
• Develop comprehensive documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate closely with development teams and quality assurance groups.
• Assist in testing procedures and verify solutions align with business needs.
• Monitor issues, manage changes, and oversee project requirements throughout the lifecycle.
• Create reports and presentations as necessary for updates and reviews.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal effectiveness.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Preferable basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Competence in drafting business and process documentation.
• Effective stakeholder liaison and management skills.
