Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a responsible Bus Driver to safely transport company employees between designated locations according to the assigned schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the company bus safely for employee transport to and from work locations.
- Operate routes specifically between Thane Station and Wagle Estate following assigned timings.
- Adhere strictly to designated routes, pickup and drop-off points, and shift schedules.
- Arrive punctually prior to each assigned shift to ensure timely service.
- Prioritize the safety and comfort of all passengers during transit.
- Comply with all traffic rules, road safety laws, and company transport policies.
- Carry out basic vehicle inspections before departure including brakes, tires, lights, horn, mirrors, fuel, and other critical components.
- Keep the bus clean and in good working condition.
- Report any accidents, breakdowns, mechanical faults, or safety issues promptly to the Transport Supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records such as daily trip sheets and vehicle logbooks.
- Manage boarding and drop-off of employees in an organized and safe manner.
