Our organization operates one of Australia's largest and most varied bus networks, where drivers provide safe, reliable transportation for residents, commuters, and visitors alike. This position offers independence on the road, combined with the backing of an inclusive team at one of our seven depots: Carina, Garden City, Toowong, Sherwood, Willawong, Virginia, and Eagle Farm. Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers around Brisbane with professionalism and care.
- Provide friendly and dependable customer service throughout each journey.
- Operate independently while maintaining communication and support from depot and coordination teams.
- Contribute positively to a safe, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Possess Australian work rights.
- Hold an Australian 'C' class license for a minimum of three years.
- Be capable of obtaining Driver Authorisation ('GENR' class) and a Heavy Rigid (HR) license; training is provided for these qualifications.
- Maintain a clean driving record: no more than six demerit points in the last three years, and no suspended license or good behaviour periods in the past four years (SPER exceptions apply).
- Be available Monday through Friday during the eight-week training program.

Work Conditions and Benefits
- Casual hourly pay at $43.81 inclusive of 25% casual loading plus superannuation.
- Temporary full-time traineeships of two years remunerated at AUD $1,332 per week gross plus superannuation.
- Additional penalties, overtime, and allowances are applicable beyond the base rates.
