Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position requires the Bus Driver to operate company vehicles along designated routes, ensuring passengers are transported safely and on schedule while adhering to all traffic laws and internal policies. Daily duties involve performing vehicle inspections before and after trips, overseeing passenger boarding and seating, maintaining a tidy and orderly bus interior, and courteously assisting passengers with inquiries. The driver must report any incidents, delays, or mechanical problems promptly to supervisors, complete necessary logs and documentation accurately, and engage in regular safety and skills training sessions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficient in driving buses and trucks with demonstrated safe commercial vehicle operation.
• Skilled in defensive driving techniques and knowledgeable about road safety and traffic regulations.
• Familiar with driver training principles and motivated to enhance driving skills continuously.
• Strong customer service abilities with a professional and respectful manner when interacting with passengers.
• Holds a valid commercial driving license suitable for bus operation within the Riyadh Region.
• Cleans driving record along with good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physically capable of prolonged sitting, assisting passengers, and conducting vehicle inspections.
• Basic competence in the languages commonly spoken locally and clear communication skills.
• Previous experience driving buses or commercial vehicles is preferred.
