Bus Captain (Attender)

Position Overview

We are urgently seeking to fill the role of Bus Captain (Attender) for our operations in Hyderabad, specifically near Gachibowli and Miyapur. This position is ideal for male candidates who are fluent in Telugu, with proficiency in either English or Hindi. The role demands flexibility, including availability for night shifts, and candidates must be comfortable with late hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure passengers are transported safely and on schedule.
• Maintain discipline and order during the journey.
• Provide assistance to passengers when needed.
• Coordinate effectively with the driver and operations team for smooth transit.
• Address customer inquiries courteously.
• Keep the bus clean and orderly.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Gender: Male only.
• Age between 19 and 30 years.
• Minimum qualification: Intermediate or higher (degree preferred).
• Mandatory fluency in Telugu; knowledge of English or Hindi is also required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range is ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month and is fixed according to experience. In addition, a stay bonus totaling ₹12,000 is granted in installments of ₹4,000 after the 2nd, 4th, and 6th months of employment.
