Responsibilities

• Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and related items to dining and serving areas and prepare tables for guests.
• Remove and clean tables, trays, and chairs promptly.
• Load dirty dishes and trays into buspans for cleaning.
• Properly store dishes in designated storage areas.
• Restock condiments and other dining supplies at tables and serving stations.
• Package food for take-out orders responsibly.
• Handle cleaning products safely and according to guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors regularly.
