About the Role

Benefit Cosmetics is looking to hire a dedicated full-time Brow & Beauty Expert to join the team at Boots Fosse Park in Leicestershire. This role focuses on fostering genuine customer relationships, helping to meet and exceed sales targets, and delivering outstanding beauty services.

Primary Duties

• Consistently meet personal retail sales goals set in collaboration with the counter manager by building meaningful customer connections and demonstrating products effectively.
• Offer professional brow services including waxing, tinting, and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction, encouraging repeat business.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to address counter and broader business requirements, enhancing overall sales performance.
• Actively participate in various promotional, charitable, and in-store events to spotlight products and engage with customers, driving sales growth.
• Maintain accurate daily and weekly records of sales activities and support administrative tasks alongside the counter manager to optimize sales strategies.
• Ensure the counter and product displays are kept clean and hygienic, upholding the brand's image and creating an inviting shopping atmosphere.
