Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate kindness and foster a positive environment daily
• Prepare high-quality beverages swiftly without compromising standards

• Engage with customers to confirm drink preferences and accurately input orders in the POS system
• Handle customer payments and return correct change
• Prepare all drinks and premixed beverages

• Create genuine connections with customers using friendly interactions and welcoming body language
• Become proficient in the menu to assist customers in choosing drinks that suit their tastes and offer recommendations when appropriate
• Maintain personal presentation standards including hygiene, dress, and grooming appropriate for the role
• Complete shift change duties, checklists, and weekly tasks as required
• Begin shifts promptly at assigned positions with readiness
• Treat colleagues and patrons with respect and kindness
• Adhere to safety, health, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe work environment

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to cultivate sincere and uplifting interactions with customers and team members
• Work safely and efficiently with hot liquids, glass containers, and dairy products
• Tolerate working outdoors for extended periods regardless of weather
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Endure long periods of standing during shifts
• Competent in climbing ladders and utilizing stepladders for stocking and cleaning
• Perform various physical movements such as standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting during tasks
• Navigate safely around vehicles in the drive-thru line
• Skillful use of utility knives for food preparation and stocking
• Efficiently operate all stations during busy times, maintaining situational awareness
• Confidently address team issues related to operations, procedures, or workplace culture in a respectful manner
• Adapt and implement solutions under pressure during challenging circumstances

Work Schedule

• Flexible hours including early mornings starting as early as 5 a.m. and late nights up to 11:30 p.m.
• Regular weekend work is expected, with availability on holidays when necessary
• Comply with company policies for requesting time off
