Muckross Park Hotel & Spa, part of the iNUA Collection, is a prestigious Five Star hotel situated in Killarney National Park, County Kerry, Ireland. The hotel is conveniently located just 4 kilometers from Killarney town center, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at the Yew Tree restaurant. This is a full-time, permanent onsite position with working hours from 6:30 am to 3 pm. The main responsibility is to deliver outstanding service to guests in our Food and Beverage outlets, enhancing both guest satisfaction and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-standard service to all guests at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderly condition of the Yew Tree Restaurant continuously.
- Welcome and seat guests promptly while ensuring courteous and efficient service.
- Conduct all service activities including food service, beverage service, and room service within the restaurant.
- Engage with guests proactively to personalize their experience.
- Ensure preparedness and compliance with procedures among team members.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in a comparable food and beverage role.
- Prior exposure to high-volume operations is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of HACCP standards and protocols.
- Familiarity with general Food and Beverage service procedures.
- Ability to adapt flexibly within the role.
- Effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
