About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast dishes in accordance with quality standards on the breakfast buffet.
• Maintain consistent food quality and presentation at all times.
• Assist the head chef in developing daily special menu items.
• Manage food inventory by monitoring stocks and ensuring proper rotation.
• Adhere strictly to HACCP procedures and food safety guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and uphold mutual respect among colleagues.
• Keep the workstation clean and sanitized during and post service.
• Minimize food waste and ensure proper disposal of any waste generated.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a relevant culinary role.
• Capability to work independently and take initiative.
• Must have personal transport due to early starting shifts.
