Role Overview
This position focuses on empowering young girls by delivering engaging product presentations and demonstrations within school settings. The Brand Representative will promote feminism awareness and address challenges related to life changes. Success is measured by meeting daily, weekly, and monthly benchmarks while effectively managing assigned territories and workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations aimed at target audiences.
- Meet or exceed presentation goals through strategic product sampling and promotion.
- Represent the brand with unwavering professionalism and integrity.
- Ensure target groups possess thorough understanding of the product.
- Prepare all materials and stock ahead of scheduled presentations.
- Organize regular stock collections from warehouses to maintain consistent supply.
Qualifications and Skills
- Completion of Grade 12 education.
- Excellent relationship-building and time-management skills with a proven history of meeting deadlines and targets.
- Self-driven with strong discipline and work ethic.
- Full-time availability throughout the week, from Monday to Sunday, as per scheduling needs.
- Working hours include early mornings from 07:00 to 15:00 during school presentations and 09:00 to 17:00 during retail-focused activities.
- Ability to perform effectively in various formal and informal environments.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in challenging scenarios while maintaining professional demeanour.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- Superior presentation capabilities.

Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain positive professional connections with stakeholders.
- Adapt communication strategies to engage diverse audience groups effectively.
- Build trust and rapport with pupils and school personnel through approachable interaction.
- Collaborate seamlessly with field administrators.
Operational Excellence
- Regularly exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Complete all reporting and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) documentation punctually.
- Respond promptly to feedback and operational inquiries.
- Identify and act on opportunities to boost performance and surpass client expectations.
- Assume responsibility for overall KPI achievement and contribute to team success.
- Create memorable product experiences through knowledge and active engagement.
- Effectively manage time and appointments to meet stakeholder demands.
- Maintain product samples and equipment in excellent condition, securely storing presentation materials, and immediately reporting damages or theft.
- Manage stock collection from warehouses and safeguard stock personally.
- Support retail promotional activities, especially during peak periods such as school holidays.
Reporting and Compliance
- Provide timely updates on performance and challenges to management.
- Maintain accurate daily session records using the Retail Cloud system.
- Keep precise logs of sample distributions and reconcile attendance records.
- Take responsibility for safety and upkeep of company assets.
- Follow all internal and external policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Maintain detailed travel logs and submit them regularly as required.
Personal Development
- Complete mandatory training and development programs on schedule using internal learning platforms.
- Commit to continuous professional growth and skill enhancement through resource utilization.
Experience
- At least one year of sales or training experience.
- Minimum two years in field-related roles.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
- Thrives independently with limited supervision.
- Exceptional presentation skills with demonstrable impact.
- High standards of professionalism and ethics.
- Experienced in business reporting tools.
Technology and Transportation Requirements
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Ownership of a reliable vehicle, no older than 10 years, with a valid roadworthy certificate.
- Current business vehicle insurance, including coverage for courtesy vehicles if applicable.
- Use of a reliable smartphone capable of supporting necessary applications and storage.
