Brand Manager

About the Role

We are urgently seeking a Brand and Growth Manager for the OVARO brand based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role involves overseeing brand management and driving daily growth initiatives to expand our presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and growth of the Ovaro brand on a daily basis
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms
• Analyze key performance indicators including ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV, and conversion rates
• Supervise and provide direction to content creators
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, and advertising creatives
• Monitor website performance and recommend conversion rate optimization improvements
• Track sales data, product performance, and campaign outcomes
• Conduct competitor analysis, product research, and market trend monitoring
• Design offers, promotional campaigns, and product launches
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets

Candidate Requirements

• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, or digital marketing sectors
• Proficient understanding of Meta advertising platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Creative thinker with insight into performance-driven creative content
• Familiarity with Shopify and spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets
• Self-motivated with strong ownership and ability to work independently
• Keen on building and growing a brand rather than just performing assigned tasks

Compensation and Location

The position offers a monthly salary of ₹18,000 plus a ₹2,000 performance-based incentive. The job location is at 86 Central by Crystal, near Shreyas Signal, Ghatkopar West, Mumbai.
