Brand Manager

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of one of our partners in the professional fitness equipment sector, seeking an experienced Brand Manager to oversee and grow an international leading brand in this industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and executing the brand development strategy within the Albanian market.
• Managing and promoting the product portfolio effectively.
• Planning and implementing both online and offline marketing and communication campaigns.
• Conducting market analysis, competitor research, and tracking fitness industry trends.
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to meet commercial targets.
• Building and maintaining relationships with gyms, hotels, fitness studios, and other B2B clients.
• Organizing events, presentations, and promotional activities.
• Monitoring brand performance, sales figures, and marketing budgets.
• Coordinating with international partners to ensure adherence to brand standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Higher education in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
• Proven experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Business Development roles.
• Preferred background with premium products, fitness equipment, sports industry, or B2B sales.
• Strong skills in marketing strategy development and market analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Fluent command of the English language.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.

Additional Information

• Location: Tirana, Albania.
• Work schedule: Monday to Saturday.
• Salary starts from 150,000 ALL, negotiable based on experience.
