Key Duties

• Drive growth in rural liabilities business by generating leads, enhancing account penetration, and strengthening customer relationships according to client needs.
• Manage and maintain the average monthly balance for customers assigned to the role.
• Enhance ties with existing branch customers.
• Ensure completion of account opening procedures with strict compliance to KYC regulations, including mandatory field verification.
• Encourage customers to engage with multiple bank products during account initiation, such as mobile banking, net banking registration, and activation of recurring or fixed deposits.
• Promote active account usage and ensure accounts remain in good standing.
• Deliver superior customer service aimed at increasing the branch's share of customers' financial activities.
• Resolve customer issues and queries promptly and effectively.
• Suggest process improvements to boost service quality and efficiency within the branch network.
• Assist in community development projects and livelihood enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduation in any discipline is required.
• Two to five years of experience working in the banking sector is necessary.
