Since November 2016, SATYA has expanded its operations to over 150 branches across 26 states, focusing on empowering economically vulnerable sections, particularly women entrepreneurs, through accessible microfinance services.

Job Role and Responsibilities

  • Achieve and oversee weekly, monthly, and quarterly branch and EDO targets across various product lines.
  • Ensure timely organization of center meetings throughout the branch network.
  • Facilitate formation of new groups and recruit members to maintain optimal group sizes (approximately 13-15 members).
  • Conduct timely and accurate Qualifying Tests to assess group readiness.
  • Ensure proper execution of loan documentation and maintain comprehensive loan files.
  • Guarantee dispatch of loan files to headquarters by the 10th of every month without delay.
  • Supervise timely loan bookings and processing.
  • Perform at least two daily Surprise Centre Visits (SCV) following established guidelines to verify disbursed loans within each quarter.
  • Manage cash within approved limits and monitor loan utilization checks, ensuring at least 25% cross-verification by EDOs.
  • Provide ongoing mentoring, training, and motivation to new EDOs and SOs.
  • Maintain work culture standards, asset upkeep, cash control, and accurate register maintenance.
  • Ensure client selection processes comply strictly with company policies and guidelines.
  • Enforce full adherence to policies and codes of conduct at the branch.
  • Conduct efficient daily reviews and planning sessions, including ECS checks, filing, packing, route planning, and performance analysis.
  • Encourage team building activities during available spare time.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the branch premises.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in branch operations, preferably within NBFC or microfinance sectors.
  • Strong ability to meet sales and production targets.
  • Sound understanding of lending procedures and microfinance industry principles.
  • Willingness to relocate and travel as required.
  • Graduate or MBA qualification preferred.
  • Possess a valid driving license and Aadhar card.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Target driven with a focus on operational excellence.
