About the Role
Gathbandhan Matrimony is seeking a proactive and experienced Branch Manager to oversee operations at its Hyderabad location. The successful candidate will provide leadership to the branch team, drive sales efforts, and ensure strong customer relationships, ultimately fostering business growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the branch team to meet performance goals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective strategies.
- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the branch.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers.
- Track and assess team productivity and performance regularly.
- Develop and implement plans to expand business and revenue.
Requirements and Candidate Profile
- Minimum of three years experience in sales or team management roles.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong communication skills.
- A driven, target-focused individual with high energy levels.
- Prior experience in Matrimony, Sales, BPO, Telecom, or similar sectors will be advantageous.
