Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations ensuring efficient and smooth workflows.
• Lead and inspire the branch team to meet and exceed business goals.
• Drive growth by acquiring customers and promoting sales initiatives.
• Supervise the loan life cycle including applications, documentation, and disbursements.
• Conduct timely follow-ups on collections to maintain portfolio health.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and partners in the community.
• Monitor team performance and produce regular reports on business metrics.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience of 1 to 3 years in sales, finance, banking, or NBFC sectors.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management capabilities.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage collections effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with problem-solving aptitude.
• Familiarity with Motihari's local market is a beneficial asset.

Compensation and Benefits
