About the Role
Muthoot Finance is seeking fresh graduates to join a 6-month internship program as a Branch Internship Executive. This program offers hands-on training in branch operations, customer service, and gold loan management. Successful interns will be eligible for promotion to Junior Relationship Executive (JRE) with a salary package of up to 32,50,000 annually plus performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily branch operations related to gold loans and assist customers.
- Help the branch team resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
- Engage in lead generation, acquire new clients, and focus on customer retention.
- Participate in marketing and promotional initiatives to boost the branch’s visibility and appeal.
- Learn to build and maintain client relationships by delivering personalized services.
- Perform administrative duties including data entry and report preparation for the branch.
- Gain practical knowledge of financial products, services, and customer relationship management.

Career Progression
Upon completing the internship successfully, candidates will be promoted to Junior Relationship Executive with a salary package ranging from 32.50 LPA to 32.92 LPA plus incentives and variable pay. Performance-based advancement opportunities are available.

The internship is based at branches located within 5–10 kilometers of the candidate’s residence in Salem, Tamil Nadu, and nearby areas. Vacancies span multiple locations including Salem, Dharmapuri, Krishnagiri, and other regional centers across Tamil Nadu listed in the full vacancy location details. The monthly stipend during the 6-month internship ranges from 312,300 to 314,000.
