About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Branch Banking Executive to join our team at various bank branches in Mumbai. This position involves engaging with walk-in customers to promote and generate sales of credit cards by understanding their needs and guiding them through the application process.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers visiting the assigned bank branch.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend the most fitting credit card products.
- Generate and convert credit card leads to meet sales targets.
- Clearly explain credit card features, eligibility criteria, fees, and benefits.
- Assist customers with the application and documentation process for credit cards.
- Conduct follow-ups to finalize credit card applications.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions, lead statuses, and sales achievements.
- Adhere to company and banking policies regarding sales activities.
- Cultivate professional relationships with branch personnel and customers.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum education: completion of 12th grade or graduation, as required by the company.
- Preference for candidates with previous experience in banking, credit cards, insurance, loans, or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with confidence in direct customer engagement.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet sales targets.
- Fresh graduates with effective communication abilities and a sales-driven mindset are welcome.
Work Environment
- Work is stationed within the assigned bank branch.
- Responsibilities include approaching walk-in customers and promoting credit card products.
- This role does not involve field sales; all activities are branch-based.
