Branch Assistant

Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Branch Assistant who demonstrates a proactive mindset and is eager to provide outstanding service to our customers. This role involves working collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where daily tasks are varied and engaging. Our operations function five to seven days per week; specific hours can be found on our website.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers quickly locate their needed products and return to their businesses efficiently.
• Maintain well-stocked shelves to guarantee product availability.
• Deliver prompt service at tills and offer warm farewells to customers.
• Accurately prepare deliveries by precisely picking required items.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a strong can-do attitude.
• Have a genuine passion for customer service excellence.
• Be willing to go above and beyond for customers.
• Maintain punctuality, proper presentation, and consistent attendance.
• Must be aged 17 or older; candidates working before 6:15 am, after 9:45 pm, or in specific roles (warehouse, beers, wines & spirits, driving) must be 18 or older.
