Job description
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals passionate about coffee to join our Braeburn Café team in Dunshaughlin. As a key player in the front-line operations, you will help deliver an excellent coffee experience through our café and drive-thru services.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily business operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shop floor area.
- Comply with all food safety standards and policies.
- Prepare food items to a high standard.
- Adhere to and promote Braeburn’s manual training guidelines.
- Manage stock levels and control inventory efficiently.
- Ensure customers receive the best possible food experience.
- Collaborate closely with management to meet weekly and quarterly business targets.
