Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Ayurvedic Telesales Executive based in Delhi/NCR to join our team working from office. This position is open to freshers as well as candidates with up to 5 years of experience. The role involves engaging customers over the phone about Ayurvedic medicines and treatments, guiding them with natural health solutions, and managing orders and consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to discuss Ayurvedic medicinal products with potential customers.
- Educate clients on the health advantages and natural treatment options.
- Process customer orders and schedule consultations with doctors.
- Maintain contact with previous customers to encourage repeat purchases.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education of 10th grade completion.
- Effective communication skills in Hindi with a courteous and confident demeanor.
- Basic familiarity with smartphones or computers.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging between ₹12,000 and ₹15,000, paid promptly.
