Overview
The Boutique Manager will cultivate a unique and memorable environment within the boutique that delivers an exceptional client experience while promoting a fulfilling work atmosphere. This role focuses on implementing a robust clienteling strategy to drive sustainable business growth and meet ambitious sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance the brand's market reputation and appeal by actively participating in external networking events and client gatherings.
- Organize boutique events and collaborate on partnerships aimed at increasing customer traffic and boosting sales figures.
- Stay informed about the local business landscape and competitor activities impacting sales performance.
- Lead CRM and clienteling efforts alongside the boutique team, developing strong individual relationships with clients and prospects.
- Expand and cultivate the VVIP client database effectively.
- Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales targets aligned with brand objectives through strategic action plans.
- Drive boutique performance by monitoring results, incorporating new tools, and adhering to company compliance and operational standards.
- Exemplify brand identity by serving as a Maison ambassador in the retail community and managing interactions with group and international headquarters.
- Design optimal boutique organization by recruiting suitable talent, fostering team motivation, and creating tailored training programs.
- Implement ongoing coaching, training, and motivational practices to improve team performance and engagement.
- Communicate the Maison’s vision and strategy effectively to unite and inspire the boutique team to exceed performance expectations.
Additional Information
Management of boutique operations must comply strictly with brand and group policies, ensuring the team performs at their best on the sales floor. Emphasis is placed on leadership, professionalism, and maintaining consistent brand rituals and presentation standards.
