Key responsibilities
- Arrange travel-related bookings, such as lodging, transport, and itinerary elements.
- Check reservation information and confirmations carefully to make sure everything is correct.
- Support updates to itineraries and handle booking changes when needed.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients about travel plans and timing.
- Coordinate with travel vendors and partners to verify availability and confirm reservations.
- Keep booking files and client records well organized and up to date.
Required qualifications
- Strong ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Careful attention to detail, especially in scheduling and documentation.
- Comfort using online booking tools and digital systems.
- Ability to work on your own and keep timelines on track.
- Prior exposure to customer service, reservations, hospitality, or administrative work is an advantage.
