BOM Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a BOM Engineer with 1 to 4 years of experience proficient in tools such as TCE, VisMockup, AutoCAD, AWC, and Easyplan to work onsite in Chennai. The role involves managing Bill of Materials and related project setups and assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up projects using the TCE MPP tool.
• Develop and maintain detailed checklists for project aspects.
• Conduct CAD GMR assessments to ensure design integrity.
• Assign EBOM products to corresponding processes.
• Mapping Product Bill of Process (BOP) to Plant Bill of Process to align production activities.
• Allocate necessary resources to support the Plant Bill of Process.
• Create, update, and maintain sequences of the Bill of Process in MPP.
• Update checklists according to AVBOM and CDHR revisions.
• Execute static study assessments to analyze fixed conditions.
• Carry out dynamic study assessments to evaluate moving parts and motions.
• Perform IPS, WSR, and other specialized study assessments as required.

Qualifications and Eligibility

Candidates must hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any engineering specialization.
