We are currently looking to hire a Bohrgeräteführer:in (Drilling Equipment Operator) for DB Engineering & Consulting in Karlsruhe at the earliest possible date.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct geotechnical and structural investigations including small percussion drilling, driving soundings, excavations, and core drilling with proficiency.
- Ensure smooth execution of assigned drilling operations.
- Document borehole data accurately for further processing.
- Maintain and service drilling equipment and tools.
- Manage the storage and administration of our core sample inventory.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training as a drilling equipment operator, specialist in deep foundation engineering, geology specialist, construction materials tester in geotechnics, geological drilling technician, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of two years' professional experience as a drilling equipment operator, alongside willingness for continuous professional development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and fluent in German, both spoken and written.
- Possession of a Class BE driver's license and readiness for regular multi-day work-related travel.
- Independent work style, physical resilience, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
