Role Description

We are seeking to strengthen our Recklinghausen team as a Bodenleger (flooring installer) as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and prepare underlying surfaces before laying flooring, including smoothing, leveling, and constructing underfloor systems if needed.
• Professionally install floor coatings and coverings based on plastic and mineral coating systems such as parquet, laminate, and other types of floor coverings.
• Perform surface treatments including sealing.
• Calculate material requirements and organize the sequence of work steps.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of vocational training as an interior decorator, flooring installer, or parquet layer and/or several years of professional experience.
• Motivated beginners are welcome and will receive targeted and systematic training.
• Reliable, meticulous, and team-oriented work ethic.
• Ability to work independently, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for the profession.
